Extra Curricular Clubs

We offer a variety of extra-curricular clubs at Joseph Hood.  Most clubs take place after school but some are at lunchtime or in the morning before schools starts.

 

Our current clubs include Homework, Library, Construction, Football, Tap, Comic Art, Street Dance, Drama, Multi-sports, Gymnastics, Choir, ICT, Planting and Gardening and Outdoor Adventure Activities.

 

Please see the school's newsletter or ask at the school office for the most recent information and timetable.

 

Clubs after school run from 3.15pm to 4.00pm.  Children must be collected promptly.  

 

In order for your child to attend a club, you will need to fill in and return the clubs form  and have received written confirmation they have been offered a place in the club.  If you don't hear from us, unfortunately your child does not have a place this time, but will be placed on the waiting list, and notified if a place becomes free.

 

Some of our clubs are run by an outside agency and a fee is required to attend them. Payments must be made to the office in advance. These clubs may finish later than 4pm. Please see your confirmation letter for details.
