Cannon Hill Police Visit

On Thursday 10^th June, KS1 were lucky to receive a visit from our local police who brought along two special visitors, Vesper the police dog and her handler Paul. Vesper is a puppy still in training, but we learnt all about what she will be doing when she starts work as a police dog and all about her training.

So far KS1, Yrs 3 and 5 have received local community police visits where they have learnt about various topics such as keeping safe, what the police do and how to travel safely. Next week Yr 4 will get a visit and in July, the police will be back to talk to Yr 6.
