The Young Writers’ Competition 2021

A message from the organisers:

The Young Writers’ Competition received an amazing number of entries this year from over 71 South London and Surrey schools and we at Wimbledon BookFest would like to thank every school and pupil that entered this year’s competition for their hard work and the incredible quality of work our judges got to read. This is an amazing result during this time of uncertainty so well done to all!

Reminders:

Any ‘Highly Commended’ graded entries will be published in the Young Writers’ Competition 2021 anthology along with the Winners and Runner Up entries. 

All entries will receive a certificate and we will receive copies of the book (for those entrants whose entries are published) and certificates in September to give to the children.
